“Because it’s always important to know who we allow into our lives”...
Alejandra started her career in real estate back in 2008. With over five years of experience she’s proud of having a 95% client’s satisfaction rate. Contrary to other real estate agents who spent a huge amount of money advertising themselves, her business is based on trust and referrals from past clients and from people that know about her competence and results.
2012 was a great year for Alejandra who became the recipient of the “Master of Sales Award” in recognition to the sales volume achieved during that year in accordance to Royal LePage Coronation West standards.
When she started her career her expertise was focused on helping First time home buyers and new immigrants realize their homeownership dreams. As her first clients were unfamiliar with the process, part of her service was to become an educator for them providing advice on all aspects of real estate; from how to become financially prepared to reach their goal to help them visualize the buying process and prepare them for the closing stage. From 2008 to 2011 she participated with Britannia Community center delivering real estate seminars for first time buyers. Since January 2010 she writes a real estate column in “Sin Fronteras News” informing about current market conditions, new developments, government incentives for buyers, and other current news on real estate.
As time has evolved, she had broaden her expertise by area and type of property, and has helped investors and duplex developers find either that good return on investment or that buildable piece of land they were aiming for. And of course, she has also helped many of her clients to move up or down in the real estate ladder by selling their current properties and finding them what their current life style demands now.
By geographic area she’s an expert in Burnaby North & South, keeps current with the zoning bylaws, proposed changes, and new high density developments. If you are a builder she can find that R12 or R5 lot that barely came to the market. The majority of her sales had happened in Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, and Vancouver East and West. She has an ample experience in the sale of condominiums and strata properties, and is well versed in the sale of new developments.
